The mother, her children and their four pets are all lucky to still be alive. They miraculously escaped from a burning vehicle.
Bex Whitley, her daughter Willow, 12, and sons Kenny (8), Charlie (4), and Jack (11) had arrived in the Tesco parking lot at Swaffham when Bex decided to get out of her seven-seater vehicle because she felt hot.
The Vauxhall Zafira was quickly engulfed by fierce fires.

The 33-year old nail technician in Great Cressingham noticed a puff of smoke which looked as if it was coming from a vape. She then saw orange flames hotly sizzling on the screen of her car’s front windshield.
She said, “All my doors were locked as soon as the flames started.” If I hadn’t already opened my door, we would be trapped in the car.
The kids were quickly rescued, but the eight-year old was stuck in the rear. I carried him out the door that opened on the driver’s side.

The fire spread quickly and completely covered the vehicle after we stepped out of the car.
The family was rescued from the fire in less than 30 seconds. They were then taken to the Tesco shop and looked after by the staff.
The fire was quickly put out by emergency services, but a car seat had been incinerated in the remains of the Zafira.
Bex was able to see the car seat of her child, which had been mangled in the wreckage.
Despite the fact that there was no injury, Mrs Whitley’s children and she are traumatized by the memory of “sizzling crackling” fires from August 31.
The woman said: “I literally felt sick, when I saw that the car seats of my children were melted. I was horrified.
My eight-year old was last to leave, and he still has nightmares. It’s affected him.
