Callam Hibibitt stole more than PS37,000 in the Derby Crown Court.
The 32-year-old has created dozens of false invoices and paid the money into his account in less than a year after he disagreed with a director.

Joey Kwong from the Derbyshire Prosecutor’s Office said Hibbitt was employed by Roof and Trims Direct Ltd. The roofing company is located in Shaftesbury Street. The prosecutor, Joey Kwong, said that Hibbitt had worked for Roof and Trims Direct Ltd, which operates out of Shaftesbury Street, Pear Tree, Derby.
An investigation revealed that Hibbitt, who had submitted an invoice of PS1,400 to his account at Lockshop Direct (and) SKS Ltd. (with), a total of fraud exceeding PS37,000.
The police reported that Hibbitt had claimed all the money to be legitimate business expenses and that he bought items from his bank account for the company.
In a victim statement, it was stated that “they helped and supported the accused, and now they are being repaid the worst way possible”.
In addition to burglary and theft convictions, he has also pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud. Moreover, the copies violated a suspension order that he had received for driving offenses and dangerous driving.
